Check who is responsible

Look for a legal name, relevant experience and a practical way to contact the organizer. Review prior projects and the explanations for delays or failures. A polished video can explain a vision, but it is not proof that a team can execute it.

Rebuild the plan

List milestones, suppliers, development work, delivery assumptions and budget. Ask which milestones are already complete. Separate a working prototype from a rendering and a purchase order from a forecast. A reasonable plan should acknowledge uncertainty.

Decide what would make you pause

Write down your unresolved questions before reading social proof. If information is missing, ask for it publicly through the platform where possible. Save the terms you relied on. Do not let popularity substitute for your own review.
